Public Offer for the supply of vEdition software and services
Effective date: April 4, 2026
This Public Offer governs the purchase and use of vEdition software, related updates, support, and optional onboarding services offered through vedition.pro.
1. Parties and acceptance
By placing an order, paying an invoice, activating a subscription, downloading paid builds, or otherwise using paid functionality, the customer accepts this Public Offer in full. The contract is formed electronically at the moment of payment confirmation or explicit subscription activation.
Operator identity
Product operator: Loginov Dmitry, Bulgaria. Support contact: support@vedition.pro. Billing contact: billing@vedition.pro. Legal notices: admin@vedition.pro. Sales contact: sales@vedition.pro.
2. Subject of the offer
vEdition provides a desktop software workflow for capturing user actions, building tutorial steps, generating AI-assisted narration drafts, generating voice audio, fitting audio to timeline regions, and exporting media and documentation assets.
3. License scope
The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use vEdition for internal business use or professional service delivery, subject to the purchased plan. Ownership of the software, source code, branding, and related intellectual property remains with the operator of vedition.pro.
4. Plans and billing model
The main commercial offer is a one-time Pro license purchase per seat, including twelve months of updates, together with a seven-day free trial available before purchase. Team purchases may be offered by quote. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
5. AI services and third-party charges
Some functions rely on third-party AI providers. AI usage is always paid separately by the customer through the customer’s own provider account and API key. The operator does not include ongoing AI usage in the software purchase price unless expressly stated in a custom written offer.
6. Local processing and external dependencies
Screen video, local session files, and render outputs are processed on the customer device. Certain functions may require installed dependencies such as FFmpeg or compatible video editing environments. The operator does not warrant third-party availability, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.
7. Support and updates
The Pro license includes twelve months of updates from the date of purchase. Product updates may include fixes, compatibility adjustments, UI changes, export improvements, and integration changes. No obligation exists to deliver custom features unless separately contracted in writing.
8. Acceptable use
The customer may not use vEdition to process unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, collect credentials, create deceptive training materials, or breach any applicable law or third-party terms.
9. Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for lawful source content, correct configuration, access control on its systems, backup of project files, and compliance with employment, privacy, and copyright rules in the jurisdictions where the software is used.
10. Payment, taxes, and invoices
Prices are shown through the checkout flow or individual quote. Customer checkout, invoicing, payment processing, and applicable tax handling are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, according to the payment provider workflow and applicable law.
11. Cancellation and termination
Because the main offer is a one-time license, there is no recurring renewal unless a separate service or support package is agreed. The operator may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, fraud, payment failure, or legal necessity.
12. Refund reference
Refund conditions are governed by the separate Refund Policy published at vedition.pro and incorporated into this Public Offer by reference.
13. Warranties disclaimer
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, vEdition is supplied on an as-available and as-provided basis. The operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement delays. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the customer for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing law and disputes
This Public Offer is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If the customer is a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rights of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Bulgaria unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
